Payment Questions
Can I pay by Eftpos	No, but we do accept cash, credit or cheque
How long do I have to pay	Payment is seven days
Can I pay via installments?	Please discuss payment options before the job starts

Safety
Are the chemicals used, safe?	The chemicals we apply are registered to be used in hospitals, schools and public places. However, during pest treatment's application, we recommend staying indoor and if you have young children or pregnant, please leave the house while the treatment is in progress.
My child is asthmatic, what should I do?	As a precaution, please take your child away during the treatment.

General Questions
Does Allpest treat weeds?	Yes, we spray for Bindi and the best time for spraying is from mid June to September before flowering commences.
Will the spray you used, stain my carpet?	The spray we use is water based and does not leave a stain on the carpets
Would my insurance pay for the termite damage done?	Insurance policies do not cover pest control as part of their standard or optional policies. You would have to have a policy especially written to cover pest such as termites which might impose a hefty additional payment. This is why a pre-purchase inspection.
